ACACIA ADUNCA also known as Wallangarra Wattle is a shapely, large shrub or small tree to 6m. Long, narrow phyllodes to 17cm tend to droop. It flowers profusely with golden ball-flowers in late winter and early spring. It is found in Queensland and NSW. Propagation is from scarified seed and in cultivation is a useful feature plant in a sunny situation. Acacia adunca is found growing over the Information Centre and the picnic tables nearby.
